The ranch land varies from brush and prickly pear flats to bluffs and big tree bottoms. We offer deer and bird hunting, hiking, swimming
(a permanent spring fed swimming hole that is approximately 15 feet deep), bird watching and 4 wheeling opportunities. Tubing
the river at Con Can is only a 30 minute drive away. All the attractions of San Antonio such as the Alamo, Missions, Fiesta Texas,
Sea World, San Antonio Zoo and the River Walk are only a 70 mile drive.
Several national chain restaurants and hotels are located
in Uvalde, which is only a short 5 miles away.
